OSX Intel builds?

This applies both to Acorn (0.12) and Bonsai (0.13).

I guess most professional engineers using OSX are on Apple Silicon by now, but a nontrivial percentage may still be on Intel.

@swift-garage-61180 where are you seeing arm builds being published? i'm only seeing amd64
